A Snack Your Babies Will Love: Mashed Potato Fries

My sister in law and I tried this recipe today for our toddlers and this turned out delicious. The nugget and fries loving babies loved it.
The best part is this is super easy, contains minimal and healthy ingredients and is a great home made substitute for kids who love fast food.

And, oh yes, it does not contain wheat or flour so is perfect for babies who have been prescribed a gluten free diet like my daughter.

Ingredients:

600 g Mashed Potatoes

5 Tbsp Milk

2 Eggs

Salt to taste

6 tbsp cornflour

Method:

1. Mix all the ingeredients together and beat them using a beater.

2. Put the batter in a polythene bag. Pinch a little hole in one side of the bag for pouring the batter into the frying pan.

3. Preheat oil in a deep frying wok. Pour the batter like jaleybis into the super hot oil. Fry and take them out.

3. Sprinkle chat masala or your desired spices over them and eat with chilli garlic sauce and ketchup. YUMMY!

My sister in law made some modifications in quantity of ingredients to make the batter more thicker so that it doesnt break while frying.
